Garou can use Humanity's of their power to create a potent but temporary bond between the werewolf and his/her prey. This bond cannot force someone to do something they do not want to do but it can cause people to do things that they might regret in the morning.

The werewolf's player rolls Charisma + Primal-Urge at a difficulty of the human's willpower rating and must exceed the human's willpower in successes. If she succeeds, her prey might get swept away by their combined animal nature… which might or might not necessarily lead to sex. Sexual orientation plays a part, for instance, as well as deeply held convictions. If the roll fails the target is turned off by the Garou and will avoid further advances as much as possible. On a botch the target suffers Delirium and all further seduction attempts on that target by the Garou will automatically fail.

Animal attraction doesn't work on other werebeasts and vampires while with mages and changelings the difficulty is increased by two.

In general using animal attraction is not frowned upon by most Garou; unless of course you are using it on their kinfolk.
